What is Astragalus Root Extract?

Astragalus root extract is a brownish-yellow or grayish-white powder extracted from the dried roots of the legume Astragalus membranaceus. Its main active ingredients are astragaloside A and astragalus polysaccharides. It possesses pharmacological effects such as enhancing immunity, boosting energy, anti-fatigue, anti-mutation, liver protection, inhibiting osteoclasts, and regulating metabolism.
